Midnight Run

Alaska Railroad Engine # 3009 rolling into Anchorage before midnight.  In the summer in Southern Alaska, the evanescent glow of twilight doesn't really fade as the sun barely dips below the horizon for a few hours before reappearing.  This transient light shares the billing as the subject of this painting.
