Paris Blues

This funky Harlem Jazz Club has a unique character.  With its white picket fence, it certainly appears not to belong in Manhattan.  Its name indicates a longing for the carefree and exciting days of the early and mid twentieth century when jazz and the African-American musicians that played it were welcomed with tremendous celebrity in Europe especially in Paris.
